Return & Refund Policy for Dev Fashions

At Dev Fashions, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be rare situations where a return or replacement is required. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Notification and Return Time Frame

Customers must inform our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product if they wish to request a return.
The product must be returned within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

2. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
A mandatory opening video, without any cuts or edits, starting from the opening of the outer packaging and clearly showing the product condition, is required for return validation.

3. Return Process

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
Returns are not accepted for size or colour preferences.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team via WhatsApp.
Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement will be initiated and shipped within 2–7 business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds are offered only if we are unable to process or fulfill your order.
In such cases, the refund will be initiated after the returned product is received and will be credited within 7–15 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, a replacement will be provided.
In rare cases, earring stems may bend or beads/stones may loosen during transit. These minor issues can be easily fixed using glue and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

6. Shipping Costs

For all returns, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

7. Replacement Shipping

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped subject to availability.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securely returning the product in the same packaging, including all protective materials and cushioning.
Please ensure you review product details carefully before placing an order. Returns or exchanges due to personal preference, dislike, or suitability issues after receiving the product in good condition will not be entertained.
